How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on the location and the availability of the item. On average, orders are delivered within 5 to 10 business days. If you’re in a major city, it could be faster. For outlying areas, delivery may take a little longer. You will receive an estimated delivery date when you place your order.
Is delivery available across South Africa?
- Yes! We offer delivery services to most areas in South Africa. Delivery charges may vary based on the size of the order and your location. You can view the delivery cost at checkout before completing your purchase.
Do you offer assembly services?
- Currently, we offer limited assembly services in Durban. Most of our furniture items are DIY and come with clear easy to understand instructions.
- Feel free to contact us if you have difficulty with assembly and we will do our best to assist you
Can I return or exchange furniture?
- We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your furniture within 7 days of receiving your order. Please ensure the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for full details.
Do you offer financing or payment plans?
- We dont believe there's a rush to purchase any item. We most often repeat an item or replace it with an upgrade. There's always something to purchase when you have the full amount. No need for credit or debt on your or our part.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods, including:

- Cash on Delivery (available in select areas)
How do I care for my furniture?
- To ensure your furniture stays in great condition, follow the care instructions provided with each product. We also have a Care & Maintenance section on our website with tips on cleaning and maintaining different types of furniture.
Do you offer custom-made furniture?
- No. All our items are ready to Ship items. The beauty in this is that the final product can be seen and appreciated before purchasing it removing guess work
