Refunds & Returns Policy
1. General
At Megafurn, we aim to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled for furniture and homeware products purchased from our store.
2. Online Order Cancellation
If you change your mind after placing an online order, you may cancel the purchase within 7 days of receiving the item.
Conditions:
Items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging
Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer
Original delivery fees are non-refundable
Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after inspection
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Once verified, you may choose:
A replacement
A repair (where applicable)
A full refund
All approved returns related to damage or defects will be collected at no cost to the customer.
4. Product Quality & Faults
All products are sold with an implied warranty of quality.
If a product develops a manufacturing fault within 6 months of delivery, it may be returned for inspection and resolution.
This does not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Accidental damage
Misuse or improper care
Damage caused during self-assembly
5. Change of Mind Returns
Returns due to preference, size, or colour selection are accepted provided that:
The request is made within 7 days of delivery
Items are unused, unassembled, and in resale condition
All packaging is intact
Return courier fees will apply and may be deducted from the refund amount.
6. Custom & Made-to-Order Furniture
The following items are non-returnable unless faulty:
Custom-made furniture
Special-order items
Products manufactured to specific customer selections (size, colour, fabric, finish)
Please ensure measurements and selections are confirmed before placing your order.
7. Sale & Clearance Items
Items purchased on sale or clearance are sold as-is and are not eligible for return unless found to be defective.
8. Assembly & Acceptance
Furniture that has been assembled, installed, or used is regarded as accepted and may not be returned unless a manufacturing defect is identified.
9. Refund Processing
Refunds are issued using the original payment method
Processing time is 7–14 business days
Bank processing times may vary
10. Colour & Finish Disclaimer
Please note that colours, wood grain, and finishes may vary slightly due to lighting, screen resolution, and natural material characteristics. These variations are not considered defects.
